30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return if you are not satisfied. To start a return, please contact us at contact@greenseedz.com.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at contact@greenseedz.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send back your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care products, and hazardous materials. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item. Note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item using our standard return process and then place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
